A former global executive turned entrepreneur and transformational mentor, Ken helps men break free from toxic conditioning and lead with authenticity, purpose, and emotional truth. He believes real success starts within — and that each man carries a truth worth honoring.
The Journey That Shaped Him
Ken Alexander grew up in a big, close-knit family rooted in southern food, deep laughter, and unwavering loyalty. Raised by a single mother in Louisville, Kentucky, he was the “tender-hearted” one — sensitive, caring, and full of spirit. But like many boys, he learned to toughen up to fit in. That armor helped him succeed in many arenas, but eventually, it led him away from his true self.
Ken’s journey has spanned continents and industries. He’s lived abroad, traveled to 45 countries, earned an MBA, and built a successful career in international business. From executive roles at major corporations to founding Ken’s Hardwood Barbecue — a community favorite that won multiple Best BBQ awards — he has always been driven by a desire to lead, uplift, and create something meaningful. He also served as CEO of Hair Rules LLC, guiding the brand through major transitions and helping it serve a diverse and passionate client base.
But all the accolades and leadership titles didn’t matter as much as one thing: how he showed up for people. Over time, Ken began letting go of the old belief that emotion was weakness. He started the work of becoming authentic, loving himself deeply, and leading with heart instead of armor.
That transformation has shaped his mission. Today, Ken is especially drawn to helping younger generations—guiding them to live with truth and intention before the world convinces them otherwise. As a grandfather to many granddaughters, he is constantly reminded of what the world truly needs: men who lead with love, listen with humility, and live with integrity.
